So long Louey and Tuke

We have some sad news, last weekend while we were at the Holyoak Reunion we had our fish commit suicide. That might sound weird, but we had a plecostomus that my old boss gave to us about a year ago, that was as tall as our fish tank. His son told us his name was Two but Adam misunderstood and so he was named Tuke. What they did not tell us about this huge fish is that he liked to jump. He would scare me at night thinking some one was trying to get in our house until we figured out that it was this huge fish jumping and hitting the lid of the tank. One time he even knocked down part of the light from his jumping. Well anyway while we were gone he jumped though the hole where the filter is and landed behind our TV. It was pretty funny the day after we got home and I noticed he was not in the tank. Adam was sure someone had stolen him (and left everything else?). So after a bit of looking we found him dried up behind the TV (i guess it was quite warm back there).
Now on to Louey... along with Tuke my boss had given us 3 other fish that we named Huey, Dewy, and Louey. Adam told me he had died, so I went over to the tank to look at him and he was still breathing. So we left him to see if he would perk up. We would see him swim and eat a little but I couldn't decide if he would get better or if we should just put him out of his misery. About a week of this on the day we found Tuke I finally decided to let him go. Adam scooped him up in the net and went to flush him. While trying to get him out of the net he shook it and Louey hit the side of the toilet. After two fish gone in one day I am a little bit done with our fish.
On to happier things in the middle of the reunion Cheznie was blessed and given a name. Adam gave a beautiful blessing and she had a lot of people who love her in the circle. Thanks to everyone who was able to be here for it. I love that Adam is so wonderful and holds the Priesthood so he can bless our family with it.

Meetng cousin Alex for the first time (He is 6 months older)

That evening we went to the mountain for the traditional Brothers Dinner part of the reunion. I love going up to our cabin and having so much family around. We ate, visited, played and worked together and then had to come home back to our normal lives. But it was so much fun while it lasted.
